Frequently Asked Questions

When is the registration fee due for Academy Model UN?: A 10% deposit is due on December 15^th to guarantee spots and countries. The full deposit is due on January 26^th
When are country assignments decided, and when are schools notified which country they have?: We will notify schools we when get their initial Dec. 15^th deposit.
My school needs country reservaton notification earlier than Dec 15^th. What can we do?: We will process country choices as soon as we recieve your school's deposit, so when we get 10% of your costs we'll let you know your countries.
It's past Dec. 15^th! What do I do?: Register! Registration isn't closed until the registration page dissappears. If the page is still there past the deadline it's because we have a little more time to process food or committee assignments, or another school may have dropped out. The worst that will happen is we respond to you within two days with the unfortunate news that the conference is full.
I need more information. Who should I contact?: If you have a general question that you believe might pertain to multiple schools registering for Academy Model UN, please use the feedback form. How do I de-register?: Please send an e-mail to external@academymodelun.org.
How do I change registration data?: If for any reason you wish to change your registration data please send us another registration form - we'll always take the most recent form as your working form. Please keep in mind that after the Dec. 15^thdeadline country choices will be limited.
Additional Directions: Turn into Auditorium parking lot and follow to lower lot. Parking is available in the Visitors Parking lot. Academy Parking in North Wing lot.
