Patricia Stichnoth

Chargé d'affaires

Patricia Stichnoth is the Chargé d’Affaires for AMUN 2010. She is a senior in the Academy for Engineering and Design Technology, and has been involved with Model UN since the beginning of her freshman year. Patricia competed in AMUN that year, winning the Outstanding Delegate award for the JCC: Venezuela committee. Since then, she has competed at conferences run by the Yale University, George Washington University, and Princeton University model UN teams, among others, winning best delegate awards at both Yale, for the U.S. Supreme Court, and GW, for the Second Continental Congress. At AMUN 2009, Patricia was a staff member for the Argentinean JCC as well as helping make nametags and certificates for the conference.

Patricia is interested in both history and chemistry and intends to major on one of the two in college. Outside of Model UN, she is a member of the varsity debate and tennis teams, and she competes at bridge tournaments. She also participates in the Family Science Day project and the New Jersey Science League competition, and manages the Academies’ web-based fundraising calendar. Patricia is very excited to be working on the organization of AMUN 2010, and cannot wait until the conference.
