Lauren Kim
Lauren Kim, a junior in AAST, is the Director of Internal Affairs and has been involved with the Model UN at BCA since her freshman year. She was first introduced to Model UN through the Wednesday Model UN Club, which was a great way to begin her Model UN career in a pressure-free environment. She has also participated in AMUN twice, both as a delegate and staff member.
Not only is Lauren an active member of Model UN but she also participates in many other in-school activities. Lauren is the President of the American Red Cross Club, has participated in the debate team since her junior year, and has been a member of Teens for the Cure for 3 years. She also continues to play on the school tennis and golf teams. She plans to pursue her career in the field of business, and hopes that her Model UN experience will be helpful in reaching this goal.
Lauren looks forward to making many beneficial contributions to organizing AMUN into a more enjoyable event for all participants. She is excited to be actively involved in this year’s AMUN.
