Andrew Kahn


Director of Joint Crisis

Andrew Kahn is the Co-Director of Joint Crisis for AMUN 2010. He has been involved with Model UN at BCA since his freshman year. In 2008, he received a Verbal Commendation at PMUNC, where he served on a Somalia crisis committee, and an Honorable Delegate award at YMUN, where he represented Ethiopia on WHO. Andrew has participated in AMUN since 2007, when he represented the head of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection on China’s Joint Crisis Cabinet. In 2008, he served as the delegation from Zambia on AMUN’s DISEC and received an Outstanding Delegate award. Last year, Andrew staffed the conference’s HJCC and helped manage crises for that committee.

Andrew is a junior in the Academy for the Advancement of Science and Technology and is interested in literature, music, art, history, international relations, languages, and science. He is the Co-Editor in Chief of BCA’s newspaper, The Academy Chronicle, a member of the varsity debate team, and a member of the choir. He has won awards in writing, French, linguistics, and music.
