16 Nov 2025 - 16 Jan 2026 (11:59 PM) - Regular Registration 23 Jan 2026 (11:59 PM) is the deadline to adjust delegation size for refunds. Position Papers will be due by the start of the first committee session. Please submit your SINGLE SPACED, Times New Roman, Size 12 Position Papers by emailing the Chair of your Committee with a subject line in the format: Committee Name - Your Country - Your Name - Position Paper Visit Conference Policies for more details regarding position papers. Delegate Fee: $55.00 per student for Priority Registration $60.00 per student for Regular Registration All delegates are also required to fill out the following permission and media release form by February 3, 2026.
