Before AMUN:
- Have Delegates Submit position papers to chairs via email (emails are linked here)
- Delegates in Non-Crisis Committees (including Spec) MUST submit a position paper in order to be elegible for awards. More information is available on our conference policies page.
- Delegates must Fill out Delegate Permission form & Media Release: https://forms.gle/5HnAcTTUjbvBbB86A
- We are working on a method for advisors to see which delegates have submitted the form. We will update this page when that becomes available.

- Re-Useable Water Bottle
- Each delegate will get 1 disposable water bottle per night during the 1st committee session.
- BCA has water bottle refillers.
- Legal pads, extra pens, sticky notes, misc. office supplies
- Each delegate will get one folder with one of the following: Pen, Small Notepad, MUN Cheat Sheet, Schedule
- We will be unable to provide more than one of the above, so please be prepared.

- (Optional) - Cash Money
- For sale will be (prices subject to change):
- $2.50 or 2/$4 Candy Grams | $1 Eraser Grams | $5 Stuffed Animal Grams | $1-$5 Bake Sale
- We can only accept cash and venmo.
- Vending machines are available throughout BCA campus - prices vary, but stay under $5.
- (Optional) - Dinner
- If delegates are uncomfortable with the options we will provide, you are welcome to bring your own.
- We will be catering from an italian restaruant and will have vegan and vegetarian options.
- Tech Policy
- AMUN XXV will continue with the tradition of being a tech-free conference. Any work that delegates submit (including position papers and draft revolutions) must be the work of their own. Work during committee session must be done on paper. Work submitted that has been done by AI or other delegates (and the useage of tech, including phones, unless otherwise noted by chairs) will be frowned upon and disciplinary action may be taken.
Thursday:
- You will arrive between 1:30-2:00 PM
- Please have busses arrive in front of the BCA Auditorium and pull up as far as possible. Bus parking will be limited, so we advise busses to leave as soon as possible after dropping off delegates.

- Advisors must check in before delegates enter. All delegates must wear AMUN Issued ID at ALL TIMES to participate in AMUN XXV
- Every Delegate & Advisor MUST wear the AMUN-issued lanyard and ID AT ALL TIMES while at AMUN XXV
- Opening ceremonies will start promptly at 2:00 PM
- Open food and drinks will not be allowed in the BCA auditorium
- Delegates must stay within the area of the BCA Auditorium
- Committee will start at 3:20 PM ish
- Last chance to submit position papers.
- Delegates will be fed a free snack & given your one bottle of water during committee session 1
- Advisors will have an advisor lounge in 223/The Grill.
- The caterer will be setting up during committee session 1 on Thursday in the grill.
- Advisors are welcome to sit throughout BCA, visit committee sessions, and network.
- Advisors may connect to free BCA WiFi: Bergen-BYOD | Password: MyOwnDevice

- Committee will end at 9:00 PM. Delegates will be dismissed from committee rooms.

- Delegates must take home AMUN folders
